Yeah it is, there’s no configuration to disable that (yet) 😖
If by “nsfw” you mean pornographic material then no, i don’t think that’s a good idea, there are other platforms for that…

Why would there be a porn of minetest anyway
Doesn’t have to be porn could also be “just” erotic builds or something along those lines…
